Ode to the beetroot - Part 2...

After boiling in the pan for approx 30 mins... the beetroot was stabbed with a vegetable knife... ROCK HARD!!! You're having a giraffe, right?? Still hard??Needless to say, the beetroot met an untimely end... with my kitchen bin BAD beetroot!!
