Last week at Toddler Group, the children painted a ceramic egg to celebrate upcoming Easter. Today we got to see the finished product (the company took them away to dry, varnish & add the kids names). Her's is so sweet! She didn't put much paint on it but it's unique and hers. The lady who was runing the painting table at Toddlers asked me if I wanted to "finish" it for Kirsty *gasp* I politely refused and said Kirsty had done what she wanted to do to the egg!
When we finished painting it, the lady asked what I wanted written on it, I asked to have her name put on and spellt it out to her ... the lady said "Is that how you want it to be spellt?" ... "want" it spellt? I was like, umm yeah, that's how her name is spellt! What a bizarre question to ask me!!
