Ouch!!!!!!!!!!

was woken up this morning at around 7am... in AGONY!!!

CRAMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Holy cow my right calf was so cramped up!! All I could mutter was "oooooooooooooh ooooooooooooooooooooh ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ooooooooooooooooooh"

DH woke up going "omg are you in labour".... "ooooooooh oooooooooooh ooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"

DH starts panicking... WHAT'S WRONG!!!!!!

CRAMPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

DH: "Oh is that all, stretch it out"... he rolled over and went back to sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My calf muscle is so sore today How do you deal with cramp? I know as soon as it starts you're supposed to stretch the opposite way, but I literally could not move my foot in order to do so!

  1. I am so sorry that you had a charlie-horse as I call it. I sometimes get those and I know the agony without being pregnant. There was one time that Endrit refused to get us an massage it and I just had to walk around for a little while to get it to go away. It was horrible!! I am sorry. I hope that your calf starts feeling better soon. It always took mine about 2-3 days to feel completely better.
